This is the starting point. We’ll meet at your location for 50 minutes. I’ll get an understanding of your business, what you want from it and some ideas as to why its not performing the way you want. I will quantify what additional $$ can be found.

I will provide a written proposal as to what we’ll provide you and the areas we see as being of interest in bettering the businesses performance. and a plan to implement the enhancements over 13 weeks.

Once we have your agreement and assembled the necessary performance data on the business, we’ll commence on the agreed date. This is a fixed fee assignment at $ 14,300.00 for 13 weeks, invoiced weekly or monthly in advance, to suit your cashflow.
